Come and relax with the whole family in this spacious villa with private pool. Villa Tulipa is a newly available detached villa that was only used by the owners until 2023. The villa is located in a quiet and spacious area and just 10 minutes from the center of the picturesque coastal town of Carvoeiro and several beaches, such as the famous Praia da Marinha and Benagil. Within 5 minutes you are in the welcoming center of Lagoa, where you can still eat out for a reduced price.

The villa, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 8 people and is situated on a spacious property of around 5,500 m2 that offers total privacy. This charming villa is clean, modern and welcoming, both during the day and at night. You can, for example, have breakfast on the terrace while watching the sunrise shining over the pool and the birds flying from it, as well as having a barbecue while the sun sets to the sound of crickets and the surrounding nature. The large swimming pool has recently been completely renovated (November 2022). In the pool area there is a spacious terrace, equipped with an outdoor shower, garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. This area is surrounded by carefully tended gardens, where you can find and pick fresh figs, pomegranates and quinces. Inside the villa there is a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipment. There are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and doors to the outside. The bright living room can accommodate the whole family. While the children play Playstation or watch some international TV channels, you can read one of the many books available or play some board games as a family. You can also have your meals in the living room, as it has its own dining table, while the fireplace keeps the space warm and cozy.

Guest Access

As a guest, you have private access to the entire property, including the villa, the garden and the pool. There is an electric gate and the villa and garden are completely fenced off.to access this property, the Villa's managers will give you all the necessary information close to your stay, so that you can check in yourself.

The Villa has international channels via IPTV and ChromeCast, PlayStation 4 Pro, fiber optic internet connection (500 Mb/100Mb), games and books;

Cots, high chairs, baby bath and folding side safety bars are available on request;

Cleaning is carried out twice a week during your stay and clean bed linen is provided once a week;

The use of electricity in the winter months (from October to April) will have an additional cost (payable locally);

Pets are not allowed;

It is strictly forbidden to organize any party or event of any kind.
